Custom Binder Ordering!

Thank you for your interest in purchasing one of my custom card binders!

Please make sure to read all the rules & info before your purchase as I have tried to answer all questions someone might have!

General Rules & Info

Yes & No!
I am HAPPY to take inspo from any card, but I will not directly copy said card art. There are so many other wonderful binder artist who do that, I just like to do something a little more geared towards my creative process!

You wouldn't go to an artist like SowSow and ask them to do the art of Yuka Mori, Same basic concept here!

All binder commissions include :
✦ One VaultX binder of the size & color selected.
(Please Note: 1 pocket binders will be a different brand as vaultx does not have a 1 pocket binder)

✦ Custom & Hand Painted art that you get to choose the subject(s) And Characters of! The ideas are endless!
(Want a binder of your OC with an eevee? I can do that! Want a binder where Bulbasaur & Applin are having a picnic? YOU GOT IT!)

✦ One revision of the sketch
(Additional revisions can be made for a cost.)

✦ All custom binders also now include a little hand-painted freebie card! If you have a specific character you want/ collect let me know! I try my best to accommodate!

Once an order has been placed, I will reach out to the customer via email or other indicated form of contact to touch base and make sure I have all the details correct.

I will then sketch out the design and send it to the customer for any revisions & approval. Once the sketch is approved I will transfer the sketch to the binder and get to painting!

I am happy to send updates if the customer wants, please let me know if you would like updates as sometimes clients like the final binder to be a SURPRISE and I don't wanna ruin that!

Once the binder is complete I will seal it up. package it up and ship it to the address provided at check out!

All payments are due at the time of purchase via the website!

4-8 Weeks is very typical. These are CUSTOM orders and because of that 1 binder order could take longer than another.

I REALLY try to not only make your binders special and beautiful but also for it to get to you ASAP! I try my hardest to keep ALL my clients up to date on how their binder is going & send regular updates.

You must be 18+ or have a parent or legal guardian approval.

Placing your Order:

Look through our available styles and pick out the one that fits your correct budget and style!

Customize to your hearts content! I have a wide variety of binder sizes along with the colors typically available on the VaultX website.

PLEASE be as detailed as possible if you are wanting a specific design on your binder! More info is better than less info!

If there is a binder color/ style you would like and you don't see it as an option select OTHER and I will reach out!

Once you have placed your order, I will reach out to you via the email provided to touch base and to answer any questions!

This is the time to let me know if you have specific things you want or if you have any questions!

After our little chat I will sketch up a rough draft of the custom art! This is the time to make any changes! After this it becomes SUPER hard to do & it WILL NOT be free!

I am NOT going to be offended if you want something changed or added! That's my job! But please make sure you do it BEFORE you approve & Sign off on the sketch!

Listen I know, no one really wants to wait but please allow me 4-8 weeks time to complete your custom binder. Again I will reach out & give you as many updates as you want but you gotta wait it out!

Now your binder is done and ready to head home!
I will reach out and ask if you would like to see the final product (It can be a surprise if you want!) and make sure you have all the information on your package!

Then its dropped off & will be on its way to you!
